Among the numerous projects successfully carried out, three have had a particular importance on the market:

  1. Design and turnkey manufacture of a integrated system for the incineration of solid, liquid and gaseous waste with energy recovery, which has been considered innovative on European level.

  2. EIPICS (Ecologia Informatica Plant Integral Control System) development and realization, by its own technicians, to manage and to monitor continuously by a computer the thermal oxidation and gasification reactions so that to enable a complete management of any industrial process critical parameters, and particularly of raw materials and waste incineration plants and storage systems, which can guarantee very good safety levels at competitive costs.

  3. The study and realization of rotary hearth and stationary gasification reactors for chemical, pharmaceutical and municipal waste. The final setting-up of the new T.W.R.® process based on the gasification with pure Hydrogen and CO2 production.

ECOLOGIA INFORMATICA SRL can realize, for some waste typology, plants with traditional technologies, anyway provided with advanced management and control systems with allow the achievement of very high output levels minimizing the environmental impact. The main combustion chambers typologies making up these plants are the following ones:

- "SFIP" type stationary furnace, capability from 100 to 5,000 kg/h

- "RKIP" type rotary kiln furnace, capability from 100 to 15,000 kg/h

- "RHIP" type rotary hearth furnace, capability from 100 to 3,000 kg/h

- "HTAIP" type high turbulence afterburner

- matched chambers with afterburner:

  • rotary kiln + rotary hearth

  • rotary kiln + stationary furnace

  • rotary hearth + stationary furnace

As an alternative to the plants with traditional technologies, ECOLOGIA INFORMATICA SRL can realize integrated systems for municipal and industrial waste disposal based on T.W.R.®, with syngas and pure hydrogen production, CO recovery (in observance of Kyoto protocol), and as a consequence with "zero emissions".
